Dear Sir,
We write to thank you for the service provided to us during the recent expansion of our hotel. The works provided were exceptional in the quality of product and in the meeting of deadlines which were crucial to us opening on time.

We are aware that during the course of the project there were occasions when we made extreme demands with regards to timing; however the level of customer service provided by your team was faultless.

We look forward to working with you in the future.
Yours Faithfully

Our Standards are Official

Fensa Limited is the fenestration Self Assessment Scheme for professional companies that install windows and doors. It has been set up by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) with Government approval, in response to the new building regulations for England and Wales.

As of April 1st 2002 all replacement glazing in dwellings came within the scope of the Building Regulations and have to comply with improved thermal performance standards.

When the time comes to sell your property, your purchasers solicitor, whilst undertaking the necessary search, will ask for evidence that any replacement glazing installed after April 2002 complies with the new regulations. You will have an offi cial certifi cate showing that the work has been undertaken by ourselves - your local FENSA registered installer.
